OSPHCDA Official Dispels Rumours Surrounding HPV Vaccine
The permanent secretary of Ondo State Primary Healthcare Development Agency (OSPHCDA) has in a podcast interview with Performance and Project Implementation Monitoring Unit (PPMIU) of the Ondo State Government dispelled rumours surrounding HPV vaccine.

The interview with the permanent secretary centered on the introduction of Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) vaccine in Ondo State as part of immunisations for ages for girl childs aged 9-14 for protection against cervical cancer.
He also advised parents and caregivers to encourage their daughters to receive the HPV vaccination for cervical cancer prevention as its potency has been proved globally.
Recall that the agency had in October debunked rumoured that the Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) vaccine causes infertility in women.
