MHWUN Boss Implores Health Workers To Acquire PVC


The Katsina State Chairman of the Medical and Health Workers Union of Nigeria (MHWUN), Comrade Muhammad Mannir, is urging Katsina State health workers to register and acquire their Permanent Voters Card (PVC) in order for them to participate in the forthcoming 2023 general elections.

The chairman had stated this in a statement that was issued to newsmen in Katsina on Thursday.

“As citizens of Nigeria, the workers must take part in choosing their leaders as provided in the Constitution of the country. Workers must take part in electing those that will govern them. Those that will protect their interest and improve their welfare.”

He also, however, maintained that for any workers not to participate in the election, will be catastrophic and a grave mistake.

Therefore, he prayed for there to be a peaceful conduct of the election as well as for peace to return to the country and particularly the state.

He then further reiterated the MHWUN’s commitment in improving the welfare of all health workers across the state
