MedPlus Seeks Support From FG For Locally-Made Products
Mrs. Joke Bakare, the Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of MedPlus Pharmacy, is urging the Federal Government to lend its support to locally-made products as the country is gifted with a lot of potential.
Bakare, who gave the advice, at the weekend, during the 90th store opening of the firm in Lagos, said Medplus would do everything within its capacity to cope with the increasing exchange rate.

The managing director, represented by her husband, Mr. Ife Bakare, who doubles as the Head of Strategy and Innovation, said the vision of the company is to become Nigeria’s landmark healthcare store and pharmacy with a large record for professionalism, innovation, and quality products.
Also, the Head of Operations and Sales, Mr. Imeh Ntiaidem, said regardless of the challenging economy, Medplus had been able to achieve a lot in the area of health, as the firm is working towards achieving a sickness-free lifestyle in the country.
A similar statement was made by Dammy Odogiyon, the Brand and Marketing Manager, who said that the company was able to meet some of its required goals, including the provision of free health care services, free checkups, visiting orphanage homes, and engaging in other Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities.
