FG Inaugurates National Health Digitalisation C’tte

Minister of State for Health and Social Welfare, Dr. Tunji Alausa, has Inaugurated Creative techpreneur, venture builder and Casava founder, Bode Pedro, into the National Health Digitalisation Committee (NHDC).

The 20-man committee inaugurated on March 15 2024, in Abuja, will provide health regulatory bodies with insights on digital health technologies (DHTs) to enhance understanding of the benefits, risks, and clinical outcomes associated with their use.

Pedro has extensive experience as a results-driven venture builder. His insurtech company, Casava, is recognised as Nigeria’s first 100% digital insurance company and raised $4m inventure funding, the largest pre-seed raise for an Insurtech company in Africa.
